(1) I buy the products of the company in Grow & Riseup india Marketing Pvt. Ltd. Company Private Limited with the consent of me and my family And has taken membership.
(2) Grow & Riseup india Marketing Pvt. Ltd. MARKETING is a direct selling company. In which I am working as a distributor, whatever income I will have depends on the product sale by me. The company provides us with a fixed commission.
(3) I and all the people who work with us through me will follow all the rules of the company. If a distributor violates the rules of the company, the company will have the right to revoke his distributorship in the company.
(4) Purchase of the company's product, we have purchased the same according to the quality and need of the product of our own choice. Do not buy under pressure from anyone. If we make any changes in it from tomorrow, then we ourselves will be responsible for it. If we do this by altering the company's product or making a wrong presentation with the customer. The company has full authority to act on us.
(5) The company will from time to time make changes to the product or its quality, and it is the right of the company to determine the price of the product on the basis of quality. And I agree that any change in the company will be acceptable to me.
(6) My decision to join this company and further work in the company is my own. It has not forced any kind of coercion and pressure from me. I am a witness to it myself.
(7) If I have any kind of objection tomorrow, the court will remain in Pilibhit Uttar Pradesh. I am a witness to this matter.
(8) In this company I will work as a distributor. The company has set a commission on the sale of the product by the distributor or in its team. And I am the only officer of that commission.
(9) Because this company is a product base company, whatever purchases we make in it will be as a product only. Or there is no scheme or money rotation company. Seeing the quality of its entire project and product, I have bought the products of this company. And it is decided to work in it. I am a witness to it myself.
(10) Whatever commission I will be made under working in it, whatever will be deducted from my commission by the company to pay tax to the government under the Companies Act.
(11) I have decided to work in this company myself. So that makes me a source of income. Which will give some relief to the unemployment of the society.
(12) There is no fixed salary in this company. Whatever income we will get, we will get it only when the product is sold by us and our team. I myself am a witness to this matter.
(13) The company does not ask you to invest money from yourself and work hard to give more people a chance to earn money.
(14) When I and my team stop the company's product or the company's money, then in return the company will stop the money of our company and our team, and when the money returns, we will return all the money of the company.
(15) I am legally empowered by the country of India that I cannot in any way blame the company for any profit or loss incurred on doing business. I will be responsible for it myself, because the decision of buying the products of this company from work is my own and I am a child. (1) मै Grow & Riseup india Marketing Pvt. Ltd. कंपनी प्राइवेट लिमिटेड में मेरी एवं मेरे परिवार की सहमति से कंपनी के प्रोडक्ट खरीदें और मेम्बरशिप ली है।
(2) Grow & Riseup india Marketing Pvt. Ltd. MARKETING एक डायरेक्ट सेलिंग कंपनी है। जिसमें मैं एक डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर के रूप में कार्यरत हूं मेरी जितनी भी इनकम होगी वह मेरे द्वारा प्रोडक्ट सेल के ऊपर ऊपर निर्भर करती। जो कंपनी एक निर्धारित कमीशन के रूप में हमें प्रदान करती है।
(3) मैंने स्वयं और मेरे परिवार की सहमति ही। Grow & Riseup india Marketing Pvt. Ltd. कंपनी और कंपनी के अन्य डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर के साथ मार्केटिंग का काम स्टार्ट किया है। इसमें कंपनी के जो भी प्रोडक्ट की हमारी टीम और हमारे द्वारा जो भी खरीदारी और बिक्री होगी। वह उपभोक्ता की स्वयं की मर्जी से ही होगी।
(4) मैं और मेरे द्वारा जितने भी व्यक्ति हमारे साथ मार्केटिंग का काम करेंगे वह कंपनी के सभी नियमों पालन करेंगे। अगर कोई डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर कंपनी के नियम का उल्लंघन करता है तो कंपनी में उसकी डिसटीब्यूटरशिप को निरस्त करने का अधिकार कंपनी के पास रहेगा।
(5) कंपनी के प्रोडक्ट की खरीदारी हमने स्वयं की मर्जी से प्रोडक्ट की गुणवत्ता और जरूरत को देखते हुए हैं ही खरीदे हैं। ना की किसी के दबाव में आकर खरीदे है। अगर इसमें हम कल से कोई फेरबदल करते हैं तो इसके जिम्मेदार हम स्वयं होंगे। अगर हम यह हमारे द्वारा कंपनी के प्रोडक्ट में फेरबदल या कस्टमर के साथ गलत तरीके से प्रेजेंटेशन करते हैं। कंपनी हमारे ऊपर कार्यवाही करने का पूरा अधिकार रखती है।
(5) कंपनी द्वारा समय-समय पर प्रोडक्ट या उसकी गुणवत्ता में परिवर्तन करने का काम कंपनी का रहेगा और गुणवत्ता के आधार पर प्रोडक्ट का दाम निर्धारित करना कंपनी का अधिकार है। और मैं इस बात की सहमति देता हूं की कंपनी में जो भी परिवर्तन होगा वह मुझे मंजूर होगा।
(6) इस कंपनी से जुड़ने और आगे कंपनी में कार्य करने का निर्णय मेरा स्वयं का है। इसमें मुझसे किसी भी प्रकार की जबरजस्ती और दबाव नहीं किया है। इसका में स्वयं साक्षी हूं।
(7) यदि मुझे कल किसी भी प्रकार की आपत्ति है की स्थिति में न्यायालय पीलीभीत उत्तर प्रदेश ही रहेगा। इस बात का मैं साक्षी हूं।
(8)इस कंपनी में मैं एक डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर के रूप में कार्य करूंगा। कंपनी ने डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर के द्वारा या उसकी टीम में प्रोडक्ट की बिक्री होने पर एक कमीशन निर्धारित किया है। और मैं केवल उस कमीशन का ही अधिकारी हूं।
(9) क्योंकि यह कंपनी एक प्रोडक्ट बेस कंपनी है इसमें हम जो भी खरीदारी करेंगे वह केवल प्रोडक्ट के रूप में होगी। या कोई स्कीम या मनी रोटेशन कंपनी नहीं है। इसका पूरा प्रोजेक्ट और प्रोडक्ट की क्वालिटी देखकर ही मैंने इस कंपनी के प्रोडक्ट खरीदे हैं। और इसमें कार्य करने का निर्णय लिया है। इसका में स्वयं साक्षी हूं।
(10) इसमें काम करने के अंतर्गत मेरा जो भी कमीशन बनेगा उसमें से कंपनी अधिनियम के अंतर्गत गवर्नमेंट को टैक्स अदा करने का जो भी कंपनी द्वारा मेरे कमीशन में से काटा जाएगा वह मुझे मंजूर होगा।
(11) मैंने यह कंपनी मैं कार्य करने का निर्णय स्वयं लिया है। जिससे मुझे एक इनकम का जरिया बने। जिससे समाज की बेरोजगारी मैं कुछ राहत मिलेगी।
(12) इस कंपनी में किसी भी प्रकार की फिक्स तनख्वाह नहीं है। हमें जो भी इनकम प्राप्त होगी वह हमारे द्वारा और हमारी टीम के द्वारा प्रोडक्ट की बिक्री होने पर ही हमें प्राप्त होगी। इस बात का मैं स्वयं साक्षी हूं।
(13) कंपनी आपसे यह नही बोलती है के आप पैसा अपने पास से लगाइये बलके मेहनत करके और भी लोगो को मौका दे पैसा कमाने का।
(14) जब मैं और मेरी टीम कंपनी का प्रोडक्ट या कंपनी का पैसा रोकेंगे तो उसके बदले में कंपनी हमारा और हमारी टीम का पैसा रोक देगी और बो पैसा जब रिटर्न्स होगा जब हम कंपनी का सारा पैसा बापस करेंगें।
(15) मैं भारत देश के कानूनन यह अधिकार रखता हूं की मैं जो भी व्यवसाय करने पर मुनाफा या नुकसान होने पर किसी भी तरह से कंपनी को दोषी नहीं ठहरा सकता। उसका जिम्मेदार मैं स्वयं रहूंगा क्योंकि इस कंपनी के प्रोडक्ट खरीदने से लेकर कार्य करने तक का निर्णय मेरे स्वयं का है और मैं बालिक हूं। इसके लिए मैंने इन सभी नियमों का ध्यान से पढ़ते हुए अपने स्वयं की सहमति से इसमें कार्य करने का निर्णय लिया है। धन्यवाद ।
